Welcome to ART class, I look forward to teach all my students all I know about art. In order to be successful in creating art and getting the credit for graduation, we have to follow art class expectations.
Art students are expected to participate in and learn a variety of art techniques, terminology and art history. All students need to be attentive to lectures and demonstrations. They are also expected to be involved in class discussions, critiques and to be able to use proper art terminology.
Rules
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the following consequences:
1st Offence- warning/student teacher conference
2nd Offence- call, e-mail or mail the parent to meet with teacher
3rd Offence- “U” on report card and possible discipline referral. Any level 2 violations will result in an automatic “U” on report card.
Grading policy are posted on each tab depending on the level of art the student is taking.

- there will be no representation of alcohol, drugs, violence, sex sex or gang related imagery in any art work.
